  This is our go to Dim Sum place. Be aware that lines can be very long and you may need to park on the street. As far as service goes, it is pretty standard for a busy Chinese dim sum place.
  
  Some quick tips if you're not familiar with dim sum
  
  1. Be prepared to stop the wait staff (in black) to ask specially for waters, forks, dipping sauces that you may want.
  2. If you run out of hot tea, lift the lid and place it tilted on the top of your pot as an indicator for the wait staff to refill your pot with water.
  3. If there are specific desserts you want, order it first as it can run out if you request it after. This includes the snow bun (filled with almond milk pudding) and egg custards.
  4. When you are ready to leave give your receipt book to a wait staff in black. Typically I just hold it up in the air and they will run by and grab it from you. You can ask for boxes at this point.

  they were very accommodating when finding a table for my grandparents and I. Food came out really quick. The wait can be long because this place is popular. The inside waiting area can get pretty crowded. The parking lot will probably be full so check for parking on the adjacent streets. Treat yo self to Shu Mai, it's soft, tender and juicy. Mustard, hot sauce, and chili oil available upon request.

  This place is all about the Elite Restaurant and pot stickers. House made dumplings were full of flavor. The rest of the Chinese food was just ok. I thought the eggplant dish was very greasy and lacked flavor. The chicken & Bock Choi & shrimp fried rice were ok. If you enjoy Elite Restaurant & pot stickers and your in the neighborhood this place is worth a try.

  Baller dim sum. No push carts and you order from a paper. Great translations by English but sadly no pictures available on the menu. Regarded as one of the best dim sum restaurants in the NATION.
